Two of my Miss Kims did not bloom this year. They are in full sun. My Dwarf Korean lilac which is next to one of them bloomed profusely.

How long have your 'Miss Kim' lilacs been planted in this location? 'Miss Kim' is a slow grower - if they were planted just in the last couple of years, they may need more time to mature before blooming. Other things that may keep a lilac from blooming are too much fertilizer, very poor soil, and improper pruning (which eliminates the flower buds). I hope this information is helpful!
