| I hope you didn't buy dead trees, either! Try scraping the bark of the branches with your fingernail. If you find green tissue beneath the bark, the branch is still alive. If the tissue is dead, the branch is dead. Keep scraping until you find live wood. If the branches are dead, they won't leaf out and you may want to exchange your trees for healthy ones. If the tissue is green, just give your trees a few more weeks to wake up and develop leaf buds. Best wishes with your trees! |
