Thinking about selling home. Front faces north with very little sun next to wall creating mold problems. Yard slopes somewhat to side.Quick inexpensive fix?

The mold indicates poor air circulation and not many plants will be happy in those circumstances. You can plant shade loving evergreen shrubs such as camellias or azaleas along with some colorful annuals to accent the area. I'd use lobelia and impatiens for color, vinca or dead nettle as ground covers. Best wishes with your landscape.
