The Q&A Archives: vegetables disease?

Question: I'm a first timer help:all my pepper plants sweet and hot have this little holes on their leaves, some of them are wilt and same problem with some of the tomatoes is there anything I can do?is going to be safe to eat?

Answer: Your peppers and tomatoes should be safe to eat, unless you have applied some powerful pesticides to them. I don't know what might be causing the holes in the leaves but wilting usually indicates a disease or water stress of some kind. Be sure to water your plants deeply once or twice a week and try mulching over the soil around the plants to help slow water evaporation and to keep the fruits and leaves clean. Hope this helps!
