| Dandelions are perennial weeds with long tap roots. Each flower can develop into a seedhead and when the seeds are mature they blow away because each has a parachute. Dig dandelions out, roots and all, and keep the flowers cut off so they don't develop into seed heads if you want to control dandelions. Best wishes with your garden! |
