| I am planning to put tan bark in front of my house. There is dirt there presently, do I need to pour some kind of chemical to stop weeds from growing or do I just need to place the plastic cover only and then the bark? |
| You will have fewer weeds if you use a weed barrier landscape cloth on the bare soil before adding your bark. It will last for years and years so it is worth the investment. And, it will keep weeds from sprouting for many years to come. Enjoy your garden. |
