How many weeks apart should we sow blue lake green beans to have a continuous crop? The first planting is just breaking through the soil.

Staggering the planting dates is a great way to insure a continous crop of bush beans throughout the summer. I'd wait about 2 weeks and plant another crop. Continue this way until the beginning of August and you'll have beans until frost. Pull out old bean crops after the initial flush of beans is harvested since they will only produce sporadically after that. Consider planting lettuce, chard of other quick maturing crops afterward.
