| Your mandevilla is a tropical plant so if you keep it in a container and take it indoors over the winter months and back outdoors in the spring and summer, you can keep it as a perennial. But planted outdoors you'll have to treat it as an annual and replace it each spring - it won't survive your winter weather outdoors. |
