| Roses can develop lots of fungal and bacterial diseases but I've never seen the types of spots you describe so I'm not sure what to suggest. How about taking a few of the affected leaves to your local nursery or cooperative extension office for identification of the problem? Helpful staff can help you decide the best control strategy. |
