We planted our vegetable garden. It was doing great. There was a warning of frost for a night so we covered our garden with plastic. After uncovering it the next day everything got wilted and looks dead, what can we do to bring it back to life or is it ruined?

Plastic is not a good thing to put over your plants - as you have discovered. It holds in too much moisture and excludes air, neither of which is good for your plants. They may recover. In the meantime, if frost is predicted use a cotton sheet or blanket over the plants rather than plastic. You can drive stakes into the garden and simply drape the sheet over the stakes so the material is not resting on the plants themselves. Best wishes with your garden.
