The Q&A Archives: growing peppers

Question: I have had no luck growing green peppers. After a few weeks, they wilt and die. I have tried three times using Bonnie Plants. HELP

Answer: You may be trying to grow your green peppers in the wrong season. Hot peppers like summer weather but green peppers prefer the cooler months of the year. Peppers should be planted in February so they can ripen before summer, or planted in September so they can ripen before winter. Try planting at these times and I think you will have success. Enjoy your pepper!
