every time my tomatos are almost ripe, a bird steals them! How an I prevent that? |
I think I would drive a few stakes in the garden and drape bird netting over the stakes to help protect the ripening fruit. Don't just drape the tomato plant or birds will land on the netting and peck through it. Instead, use 3-4 stakes around the plant and drape the birdnetting over the stakes to keep the netting several inches away from the plant. Good luck with your harvest! |
