How to improve the shape of a hybiscus tree that was not pruned correctly - Knowledgebase Question

I tried to prune a pink hybiscus tree a couple of years ago. Now the tree looks wild and the branches go different directions. Is there a way to redirect the shape. I believe it's supposed to have a weeping effect. Thanks
