The Q&A Archives: honeysuckle aphids

Question: I have two coral honeysuckles that are infested with aphids. In my research I've found out that the aphids overwinter on the plant. That would explain why they are inside the new blossoms! I've been spraying them with a strong blast of water, but it's so hard to get them all. Is there another way to get rid of them? I'm about ready to cut down both plants.
