I live in southern calif, new to the area. Roses in garden were doing great, now leaves turning yellow To much or to little water?

Too much water or a need for fertilizer are the most common cultural problems that turn leaves yellow. Feed with a rose food or bloom booster type fertilizer and water deeply once or twice a week during the growing season. Best wishes with your roses!
