hello i just have a question about mulch(lazagna) layering we had a pine tree cut down last year and saved all the needles and chips is it ok to put down all vegetable rows my sister sayed to much acid for some plants i lay nespaper down first i put it around my blueberries and it perked them up quite a bit thankyou connie

Your sister is correct - pine needles are acidic and not all plants like acidic soils. You can use some of the pine needles in your lasagna bed but save the rest for using around your blueberries and any azaleas, rhododendrons or camellias you might have.
