| I just bought 2 container gardens - pre-planted and intended for a balcony. Are they meant to stay in the containers I bought them in? How often should I water them? |
| It sounds as though you got an instant garden! Planters or containers with a variety of plants in them can be left alone or you can take each plant out and pot it up on its own. Either way, water throughly when the top of the soil feels dry to the touch. Stick your finger down into the potting soil. When the top inch is dry, it's time to water.
