My walkway starts at the bottom of my front stairs and curves around the house to my garage. Between the house and walk I have lined it with Daylillies. I want to line the outside of the walk with something that it colorful, somewhat low lying, yet easy care. The area is facing the south and I live in middle Tennessee. Thanks, Vicki |
There are several easy care plants to consider. Phlox tops the list, seconded by Georgia Blue Veronica. Taller plants include Peonies, Shasta Daisies, Poppies, Rudbeckia and Bellflower. Echinacea (Black-eyed Susans) grow taller, but love sunshine and are easy to grow. Best wishes with your garden! |
