I have some vegetable seeds left over from early spring and want to finish them in the fall. What is the best way to save them?

Leave the leftover seeds in their original packages and place them all in a sealable plastic bag (or place them in a glass jar with a screw-on lid) and set them in a cool, dark place until fall. Light, heat and moisture are their main enemies so keep them dark, cool and dry and they will be just fine. Good luck with your garden.
