ihave crape mrytle for two years this year it is coming now just2or 3 buds i saw what is problem

Crape myrtles grow best in full sunshine. The shrubs will often die down to ground level in growing regions with cold winters but they usually sprout when the weather warms and bloom nicely. Yours may need a little more sunshine or a dose of fertilizer. Good luck with your plant.
