| If your roses are not flowering, they may not be getting enough sunshine. Eight hours is minimum for most roses. You can try pruning to encourage new growth and then feeding with a bloom boosting fertilizer (10-20-10 or similar). Basically, though, without enough sun, they simply won't bloom well.
