I have three rose bushes and they are not producing flowers again this year. What can I do?

If your roses are not flowering, they may not be getting enough sunshine. Eight hours is minimum for most roses. You can try pruning to encourage new growth and then feeding with a bloom boosting fertilizer (10-20-10 or similar). Basically, though, without enough sun, they simply won't bloom well.
