Why are my palm trees and other plants turning yellow??? What should I do?

If everything in your landscape is turning yellow, there has either been a lot of rain or some chemical herbicide has been used which is affecting the roots of your plants. Lots of rain can cause soggy soil and roots can actually suffocate if the soil remains wet for extended periods of time. Hope it stops raining soon!
