Snapdragons can sometimes be coaxed into producing a second bloom, but generally they're treated as annuals and removed from the garden after their blooms fade. Once an annual begins to set seeds, the plant will die. Sometimes cutting back the flower stem will produce lateral stems and additional flowers, but there's no guarantee. You can try it with your snaps if you'd like - they may bloom again!
