| It would be helpful to know what the weed is before trying to offer control options. For instance, field bindweed (also called morningglory) is nearly impossible to eradicate without digging and using a vegetation killer (which can harm your other plants). Other weeds might respond with just hand digging, or in the case of Creeping Charlie, to a borax solution. Try to have the weed identified - perhaps at your local garden center?
