hello. I have just finished preparing my lawn for seeding and I plan seeding on the 1st week of June. Will the seed still germinate considering the time element or is it too late to seed? Thanks for your past responses to my questions which have been very helpful!

Although it is almost June, you are still experiencing spring weather in Rhode Island. Go ahead and seed your new lawn during the first week of June. Keep the seeds moist by watering several times a day and the seeds should germinate in 7-10 days. Be sure keep the lawn watered well and your new grass should grow lush and thick in just a matter of weeks. Good luck with your new lawn!
