Do I spray my growing vegetable plants (tomatoes, etc) with insectacide to prevent any bugs infesting my growing plants

I wouldn't use a spray unless you find insect pests. You'll need some insect activity in and around your garden for pollination of the flowers. If you kill all the insects pollen won't be transferred and your yield will be low. Just monitor your vegetable plants on a daily basis. If you find insect pests just pick them off the plants.
