IS GROWING PLANT UPSIDE DOWN IN PLANTERS ANY BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL GROWING?

Not really. The upside down planters are just a novelty - just an interesting way of growing plants. I think you get a better yield and more flowers when you plant in a traditional way. Plants like to send their roots down and their stems up. Confusing them only retards their growth and flowering. Best wishes with your garden!
