Yellow hibiscus is not quite as hardy as the standard red flowering hibiscus and it will appreciate some shelter from hot afternoon sunshine. If yours is in a container, move it to a spot that gets morning sun but shade in the afternoon. If it is in the ground in a full sun situation you might try erecting a temporary sun screen. Aside from shelter from the afternoon sun, your yellow hibiscus should get a normal amount of water but should not be fed until the weather cools down a bit. Best wishes with your hibiscus!
