Your Baby Blue Eyes Spruce (Picea pungens ?Baby Blue Eyes?) has the potential to reach 18-30? in height and 8-12? in width. Most will grow less than 20' high and 10' wide in landscape situations. These trees are slow growing so it will take quite a while for your tree to reach full size. Choose a site that is in full sun now and for the foreseeable future. Spruce's prefer rich, moist well-drained soil and are very drought tolerant once established. Amend the soil with compost at planting time to ensure good drainage - they won't tolerate soggy soils. Best wishes with your new spruce!
