Yellowing leaves usually indicate overwatering so be careful when you water. You want to soak the soil when you water but then wait until it begins to dry out before watering again. Grow lights should be kept close to the plants and left on for 14-16 hours a day to make sure your pumpkin plant gets adequate light. You didn't mention whether or not you've fed your plant. Try a half strength dilution of a water soluabale fertilizer to help it green up. Best wishes with your pumpkin.
