The Q&A Archives: Cosmos?

Question: Is early June too late to plant cosmos from seed in upstate NY and do you have seeds? It seems to be a hot item here and I can't find either seeds or flats!

Answer: It is not too late to plant annual cosmos from seed. In fact, it germinates better in warm soil. However, it is a good idea to get them going as soon as possible.
