How can I get rid of creeping charlie with out killing flowers?

There's no herbicide you can use to kill creeping charlie without harming your perennials so my only suggestion is to pull out what you can see and then cover the ground around your perennials with weed barrier, black plastic, or even several inches of newspapers covered by bark. The idea is to eliminate sunlight. Without sunlight, the creeping charlie will eventually die out. Best wishes with your garden!
