Bougainivilleas bloom on about a 6 week cycle. They grow, flower, rest, then resume the cycle. Too much fertilizer can keep them growing well but also keep them from blooming so hold off on the nitrogen. Use a bloom booster product instead. (Low nitrogen, high phosphorous and high potassium such as a 10-20-20) Try pruning your bougainvillea back. This will encourage new, and hopefully flowering, growth. Be sure it is getting lots of sunshine. Best wishes with your bougainvillea!
