I am using a combination of half tap water and half distill water, now I am wondering if distill or tap water is best? What should I use? I just wanted to be safe. But I don't know. The more I read The more confuse I get. Thanks Dan

Some indoor plants are more sensitive to chemicals in tap water than others. I use tap water on all my houseplants except dracaena and wandering jew - they develop brown tips because of the fluoride in tap water. For those I use bottled water. You may have to experiment with your plants to see if tap water makes them happy. If they develop brown leaf tips, switch to distilled water for those sensitive plants.
