I can no longer find black radish in the market. It is a sweet radish from 2" to 4" in diameter with a black skin and white flesh.

The radish you're looking for is called 'Black Spanish Round', an heirloom variety that's difficult to find. There's also a 'Black Spanish Long', both with firm, black skin and white flesh. The seed is available from Abundant Life Seed Foundation, P. O. Box 772, Port Townsend, WA 98368.
