The Q&A Archives: apple trees

Question: I got 2 apple trees and one of them the leaves are turning yellow and brown what can be done to save the tree

Answer: It's difficult to diagnose a problem with your tree without seeing it. Brown and yellow leaves can indicate root stress from over or underwatering or could be a sign of disease. Collect a few of the affected leaves and take them into your local cooperative extension office or well staffed nursery for help with the diagnosis. Helpful folks there can make recommendations. Best wishes with your tree!
