How do I get rid of the little gnats and tiny red bugs in my organic no-dig garden?

Sounds like your soil is just too moist. Fungus gnats feed and breed in decaying organic matter so if you can place a barrier between the top of the soil and the pests, they will not be able to live there. I'd spread several inches of straw over the top of the soil. It will dry out quickly and remain dry, and it will serve as a barrier to the pests. Good luck with your garden!
