I would like to know what plants or flowers I can plant to ward off mosquitoes Naturally.I do not want to use pesticedes.I have standing water when it rains, I live next to a cow pasture and the soil is more clay like.

Sounds like a really difficult situation because whatever you do to improve drainage in your yard won't really affect the cow pasture. I can only suggest installing a curtain drain to redirect the standing water and planting citronella or lemon geraniums. When you bruise the leaves of these plants they emit a citrusy odor which can help deter mosquitoes. Good luck with your yard!
