Wilting leaves can indicate over or under watering or fertilizer burn. Brown spots sound like a fungal disease. It is really difficult to diagnose a problem without actually seeing it! Be sure your roses are watered deeply once or twice a week (depending upon weather) and that when you feed you follow label directions so as not to overfeed. There are several fungicides available for roses or you might want to simply prune your roses back to remove the affected foliage. Wish I had more suggestions to share!
