I have little black spots on the leaves of my Burberry Shrubs and its looks like they are not going to make it. Is there anything I can do?

Black spots are a sign of a fungal or bacterial disease. You can prune your barberry shrubs back to remove the disease and to open them up to better air circulation. Try to keep water off the leaves. If the spots return, you may need to spray them with a garden fungicide. Best wishes with your shrubs.
