Late summer/early fall is almost always the best time to do any planting or transplanting of shrubs in your gardening region. That's when metabolism is slowing down and dormancy is setting in. When these switch gears in the other direction next spring, they will be all settled in and ready to grow in their new location.

Best wishes with the move.
