Fertilizer and pruning will help your hibiscus grow thick, lush and full of flowers. Prune everything back (you can remove up to one third of the plant) to encourage healthy new growth. Feed with a foliar fertilizer (such as Miracle Gro). You should see almost immediate results. Best wishes with your hibiscus!
