after one application of miracle grow using a water
ing can per plants,my plants grew so large and beautiful.It is now time for another application, but since it has been raining so much I want to know if its ok to do it now or will it be too much
moisture.The rain doesnt
seem to let up anytime soon.

It won't hurt your plants to wait until after the rain is gone and the soil has dried out a bit before feeding them. If you feed now I'm afraid all those nutrients will be washed away before they can work their magic on your plants. Wait until the weather clears so your plants can take full advantage of those nutrients. Best wishes with your garden!
