Question: We are taking out bushes and putting in a landscaped flower garden on the east and north side of our suburban home. What flowers would you recommend. thank you

Answer: For shady areas plant Regal Blue Hosta, Red Trinity Plants, Astilbe, Bleeding Heart, Double Blue Barlow Columbine, Lily of the Valley and Cinnamon Ferns.

For sunny areas: Creeping Phlox, Giant Bearded Iris, Black-Eyed Susans, Purple Coneflower, Balloon Flower, Golden Sundrops, Hen and Chicks, Painted Daisies,
Delphinium, Liatris, Carnations, Hollyhocks, Columbine, Achillea, Japanese Iris, and daylilies.
