You are a little late in getting your plants in the ground but luckily most garden centers have good sized vegetable transplants just waiting to go into the ground. Choose the vegetables you like most and add a few herbs to the garden (they like the same environmental conditions as veggies). You an add some edible flowers, too, such as nasturtiums. Just choose the plants you like best and mix or match them in the garden. You're sure to have a great harvest as well as a colorful garden bed. Enjoy!
