The Q&A Archives: Rosebush question

Question: Diseased rosebush has milky leaves that are dying. Some leaves have holes in them like something is eating them.
What should I do?

Answer: It sounds like powdery mildew is attacking your rose bush. This fungal disease is hard to control once it appears so you might want to prune your rose bush back to remove the diseased stems and foliage and then apply a product called Rose Defense which is neem oil based and will protect against insects and diseases. Best wishes with your rose bush.
