The Q&A Archives: roses

Question: I have mildew on most of my roses, the weather has been cloudy for a few weeks its spreading, what can I use to stop it?

Answer: You may want to simply prune your rose to remove the diseased plant parts. It's early enough in the growing season that they will send up healthy new growth. A product to use is called Rose Defense. It controls diseases and insects, as well. Best wishes with your roses.
