It is common for newly planted trees and shrubs to go through an adjustment period until their roots become established. The best thing to do is to water your oak trees once or twice a week. Water deeply so the roots will grow deep to not only anchor the trees but to make them more drought tolerant. Just give your new trees some time to adjust and they will recover from the stress and produce healthy new leaves. Best wishes with your oaks!
