WHY IS IT WHEN I PLANT A PINK PANGI IT ALWAYS TURNS WHITE WITH YELLOW CENTER IS IT THE FERTILIZER

According to the Plumeria Society, light intensity has more to do with color change than anything else. If your plant is not getting adequate sunshine the flowers will be pale (white instead of pink). As light intensity changes, the flowers will become darker (pinker). Hope this information helps solve the mystery.
