Answer: Your dwarf cryptomeria will grow only 2 to 4 feet tall and wide so you can use a smallish container. I like to plant in containers that are about one third the height of the plant. This way the plant does not look too large or too small for the container. A 3 or 5-gallon container should be just about right for your cryptomeria.
